If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

This website describes the app design and development services we offer. It is general information, not an offer or a contract.

  • Timelines, prices, budgets and engagement models mentioned on the site are indicative.
  • Every project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
  • disrupt the site, or overload it with automated requests
  • copy the site’s design or content for commercial use without our permission
  • claim to be, or to represent, Ozotea

Intellectual property

The Ozotea name and logo, and the site’s design, text and code, belong to Ozotea.

Apps shown in our portfolio are presented to describe our work:

  • Names, logos and trademarks of client apps belong to their respective owners, and appear here as examples of work we delivered.
  • App screens on this site are illustrative recreations and use sample data. They may differ from the current apps.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Figures such as downloads, ratings and project progress are correct when published and may change. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ozotea is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not limit any rights or obligations under a signed project agreement with us.

Governing law
